The Legal Safety Net Big Companies Have.
Built for Your Business.

A CLO-led monthly legal retainer for operating businesses. AI handles the volume — contracts, compliance calendars, regulatory monitoring. Elizaveta Blyumina, our CLO, handles the judgment. You get a legal team that knows your company — without a full law-firm retainer.

Book a Discovery Call

Your Business Is Exposed. You Just Can’t See It.

Regulatory changes you find out about too late

Spanish and EU law change continuously. Most businesses running on a gestoría alone find out when the fine arrives. GUIDE monitors the regulatory environment and flags changes before they become problems.

Questions that need a qualified legal answer

A gestoría processes forms. It does not give legal advice. When a regulatory question arises, a grey area appears, or a contract needs reviewing, you need a qualified lawyer — not a shrug.

No one watching the full picture

Filing deadlines, contract exposures, regulatory shifts, director liability — no single thread. GUIDE is the CLO-level layer that watches all of it, so you don’t have to.

Five Outcomes. AI Does the Volume. Elizaveta Does the Judgment.

A lawyer who knows your company

When something has legal consequences, you message Costa Blanca Bridge instead of finding a new lawyer. One legal team that already knows your entity structure, sector, and obligations. Routine questions answered from your profile; complex ones routed to Elizaveta with full context.

Your routine legal paperwork, handled

NDAs, supplier agreements, employment contracts, privacy policies, data-processing agreements — drafted from Spanish-law templates pre-filled with your data, reviewed by Clara, signed off by Elizaveta. No hourly billing for standard paperwork.

Regulatory changes explained before they hurt you

A daily scan of BOE / BOCV / EUR-Lex, filtered by your CNAE code and entity type. When the law changes your obligations, you get a plain-English alert: what changed, whether it applies to you, and what to do about it. No six-month-later surprises.

Your compliance obligations tracked and confirmed

IVA, annual accounts, Registro Mercantil filings, AEPD registrations — a calendar auto-generated from your entity profile, reminders before every deadline, filing confirmations logged.

A monthly legal health check

One page each month: what was filed, what’s due next, any regulatory alerts, open legal items. A clean month is a short report; anything that needs attention is highlighted. Elizaveta signs before it’s sent.

Six Engines Under the Hood.

Not a Gestoría. Not a Law Firm. Legal Leverage.

GUIDE vs. a Gestoría

Gestorías file forms. They lodge your Modelo 303, handle Seguridad Social, and charge per filing. They do not give legal advice, do not monitor regulation, and typically do not work in English. GUIDE does all of that — and manages the gestoría on your behalf, fees passed through at cost. Legal leverage on top of the administration layer, not instead of it.

GUIDE vs. a Law Firm

Spanish law firms bill by the hour for every question. GUIDE covers routine advisory in the monthly retainer — no hourly billing for everyday questions. Complex matters are scoped and quoted upfront, never billed open-ended. CLO-led, AI-accelerated, and built for businesses that need real legal cover without the full-firm overhead.

Costa Blanca Bridge is not a gestoría. We are a legal advisory and management firm. For statutory filings that require a licensed gestoría (e.g. Modelo 303, Modelo 200, annual accounts), we coordinate with our trusted partner gestoría and those fees are passed through to you at cost — no mark-up.

What you get from GUIDE is legal leverage: strategic oversight, qualified counsel, and full management of your compliance posture — so you never have to worry about what you don’t know.

Onboard. Run Monthly. Escalate When It Matters.

01

GUIDE 21 — Legal Onboarding

In the first 21 days, Elizaveta reviews your entity structure and obligations, the compliance calendar is initialised, your document vault is created, standard contracts are drafted, your LOPD / GDPR baseline is assessed, and escalation paths are set.

02

GUIDE Ongoing — Monthly Retainer

Compliance calendar running, regulatory alerts active, document triage on receipt, legal Q&A routed, standard drafting as needed — and a monthly legal health check signed by Elizaveta. Routine advisory is included; no hourly billing for everyday questions.

03

GUIDE Strategic — Complex Matters

For substantive work — acquisition structuring, regulatory investigations, major negotiations — Elizaveta scopes the engagement and quotes it upfront before work begins. Clear scope, clear deliverables, no open-ended billing.

Built for Operating Businesses That Have Crossed the Bridge.

Post-LAUNCH Businesses

Entity formed or in formation under LAUNCH-Starter, now operating and facing routine legal volume. The handover is direct — we already hold your entity profile.

International Subsidiaries

Non-Spanish parent groups with a Spanish entity that needs local legal cover, monthly compliance, and director-liability management by a qualified professional.

Operators Who Want Leverage, Not Full-Firm Cost

Businesses that need one legal partner who knows the company — ongoing legal leverage without the cost of a full Spanish law-firm retainer.

What GUIDE Does Not Include.

  • Pre-market diagnostic (that’s LAND)
  • Entity formation execution (that’s LAUNCH-Starter)
  • Tax filing or accounting (coordinated with gestoría partners, not replaced)
  • Court representation or litigation (referrals)
  • International legal advice outside Spain / the EU framework (referrals)
  • Operations management — GUIDE is legal leverage, not business administration

GUIDE — Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between GUIDE and a gestoría?

A gestoría files forms — Modelo 303, Seguridad Social — and charges per filing. It does not give legal advice or monitor regulation. GUIDE provides CLO-led legal advisory on top of the administration layer, and manages the gestoría on your behalf so filing costs pass through at cost with no mark-up.

Do I still need a gestoría if I have GUIDE?

No — we manage that relationship for you. Statutory filings that require a licensed gestoría (IVA returns, annual accounts, Seguridad Social submissions) are coordinated by our team and invoiced to you at cost, with full transparency. You deal with one team.

What happens when a question is outside the monthly scope?

GUIDE Ongoing includes routine advisory — everyday questions, contract reviews, regulatory queries. When a matter needs substantive work (restructuring, a regulatory investigation, complex negotiations) it moves to GUIDE Strategic: Elizaveta scopes it, quotes it upfront, and work begins only after you approve. No surprises, no open-ended billing.

Can GUIDE handle litigation?

No. GUIDE does not cover court representation or contentious litigation. If a matter reaches that stage we refer to appropriate Spanish counsel with full context on your entity. Our role is to identify and resolve legal risk before it reaches litigation.

Can GUIDE cover a multi-entity structure?

Yes. If you have a holding company and one or more operating entities in Spain, GUIDE can be structured to cover all of them. Multi-entity engagements are scoped individually based on complexity.

What does the AI actually do?

Our AI infrastructure handles regulatory monitoring, drafting support, compliance tracking, and research under Elizaveta’s oversight. AI accelerates the volume — it does not replace qualified legal judgment. Elizaveta reviews and approves all substantive counsel. That division is what makes the legal cover a large company has viable for an SMB.

LAND + LAUNCH-Starter + 6 Months of GUIDE.

Diagnose the market, install the operating layer, then keep the legal safety net running. It’s our recommended path for new entities — and there’s a bundle for taking all three together.
