When you browse this website, we collect anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. This data does not identify you personally.

We use your enquiry data solely to:

- Assess whether and how we can assist you
- Follow up if we have agreed to do so
We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
We use GA4 analytics to understand how visitors use our website and to improve our digital presence. GA4 data is anonymised and aggregated.

Where we have a legitimate interest (e.g. responding to a direct commercial enquiry you initiated), we may also rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

- Google Cloud (Gmail API) — contact form delivery. Form submissions are processed on our own Google Cloud infrastructure (europe-west1) and sent via the Gmail API. No personal data is shared with third-party form processors. Google's DPA and Standard Contractual Clauses apply.
- Calendly (if you book a call) — appointment scheduling. Subject to Calendly's privacy policy.
- Firebase Hosting / Google Cloud — website hosting. Data processed within EU where possible.
